Yes, I can join an ongoing project at any stage. When taking over mid-project, I conduct a thorough site assessment to evaluate work already done, identify any quality concerns, and develop a plan to complete the remaining works to the required standard.

Quality control is built into every stage of my supervision. This includes checking structural drawings before work begins, verifying reinforcement details, monitoring concrete mix ratios, inspecting blockwork alignment and plumb, and producing written quality reports at key milestones. I also coordinate with the client regularly on progress.

Ideally you should have: approved architectural drawings, structural drawings, land survey or title documents, and planning approval where applicable. If you don’t have all of these, I can help you identify what’s missing and guide you on getting the right documentation before breaking ground.

A standard residential 3D render typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the complexity of the design and how detailed the client brief is. More complex commercial or multi-unit designs may take longer. I will give you a specific timeline when you submit your brief.

To get started I need: your plot size and dimensions, the number and type of rooms you want, your preferred architectural style, any reference images or inspiration photos, and your preferred exterior colours and materials. The more detail you provide, the closer the final render will be to your vision.

Yes. Revisions are part of the design process. I include a set number of revision rounds in each project to ensure you are fully satisfied with the design before finalising. Significant structural changes may require additional time, which we agree on before starting.

Yes. In addition to exterior renders, I can produce interior 3D visualizations of key rooms such as the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms. Interior renders help you plan furniture layout, colour schemes, and finishes before construction is complete.

Data analytics and 3D design projects are fully remote — I can deliver results digitally from anywhere. For engineering projects, physical site presence is required for supervision and quality inspection. For clients outside Enugu, travel arrangements are agreed on a project-by-project basis.

Yes. If your project involves sensitive business data, proprietary designs, or confidential information, I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins. Client confidentiality is taken seriously on all projects.
